    NeoRAGE-X is written by the extremely talented RAGE (Real Arcade Game Emulator) team. It is currently THE FASTEST NEOGEO Emulator out there. MAME and KBMAME are the combined efforts of many great programmers. The NeoGeo is an "old" machine, dating back to 1989, but even today the 2D action is matched by almost no other company. Lately the games have had a nice anime touch like Last Blade and The King of Fighters series. Games like Metal Slug make it stand out from the crowd! It runs 110+ games almost flawlessly with FULL sound!

    WIN95/98/NT4 - Very fast version with FULL sound!

      KBMAME v.9 (C core)
    An AMAZING NeoGeo only version of MAME with tons of extra features including savestates, autofire, combo keys and much more! More accurate than NeoRAGEx, but needs a very fast PC - 233mhz or better to play at good speeds. Cannot play Metal Slug X - use the ASM version below. Get the latest KBMAME neogeo.drv which includes drivers for all the new games.

      KBMAME v.9 (ASM core)
    Same as above EXCEPT using a faster assembler-based 68000 emulation core. Offers better speed, but some innacuracies like the KoF9x timer resetting etc. Only this version plays Metal Slug X.
